I hope this recruitment site offers you an insight into the work of the Integrated Care Board (ICB), our values and mission, and the tasks that lie ahead as we transition to becoming a statutory body in July 2022. Working closely with leaders from across health and social care, the ICB provides for the first time a real opportunity to ensure all of our partner agencies act with a single voice and strategic approach in tackling the inequalities that have beset Birmingham and Solihull for too long.

The roles advertised here will play a central role in deciding the future direction of our system and leading our dedicated workforce in improving the health and wellbeing of our patients and communities.
